Asthma is characterized by inflammation of the bronchial tubes with increased production of sticky secretions inside the tubes. People with asthma experience symptoms when the airways tighten, inflame, or fill with mucus. Common asthma symptoms include:

Nature Medicine :
Take a handful of linseeds, ground them and boil with a Turkish tea glass filled with milk.
Put the mixture on a cloth and cover in front from neck to belly and in the back from neck to waist.
Cover with wool and keep overnight.
Repeat 3, 5 or 7 nights.
And/or
Take a raddish, mash it and mix one spoonful of it with one spoon of honey.
Repeat once in the morning and once in the evening for 15 days.
